SHIPPING TERMS & CONDITIONS

All products are subject to availability. Most in-stock items are shipped within 48-72 hours. If you order items with different availability times, we will ship your order when your complete order becomes available. Swim'in G will contact you with a follow-up email if the merchandise you have selected is not currently in stock or if we need additional information for credit verification. Orders are processed pending availability and credit verification. Orders placed on Friday after 11am EST and over the weekend will begin processing on the following Monday as our offices are closed over the weekend. You will receive an email with your tracking number once your order has been shipped. Please allow up to 24 hours for your tracking number to show movement. If you have any questions about your order, please email us at hello@swiming.org. Our hours of operation are Monday-Friday 10am-6pm EST.Orders will not be refunded for packages that are not accepted by recipient.

 Swim'in G is not responsible for lost or stolen packages if confirmed delivered by tracking. The customer assumes all responsibility for any loss, or damage of these items.

Returns

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, original hygiene liner, and in its original packaging. 

In order to be fully refunded, you must return your items inside the Swim'in G cotton mesh bag. If you choose to keep it, we will deduct $5 from your refund. Cotton mesh bags must also be unused and in same condition as received.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

*Please note, that although you are exchanging your item, you must still follow all of the return policy rules. You MUST return your item with the Swim'in G cotton mesh bags in order to receive full refund. You will get your bag back with your new order.*

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. 

 

Swim'in G Cotten Mesh Bags

It is our responsibility to do our best with our eco footprint. 

In order to reduce waste and overproduction, we have a strict return policy when it comes to our cotton mesh bags. 

The items you wish to return must be sent back inside the unused cotton mesh bag in the same condition as received. If you choose to keep it, we will deduct $5 from your refund.
