Do you ship internationally?

Yes. Swim’in G ships to Canada; Euro Zone; United Kingdom; Australia; and Rest of the World. Please refer to the FAQ “What shipping methods do you offer?” for more information. 

Where does Swim’in G ship from?

Our shipping warehouse is located in Miami, FL.

What if I need to change my shipping address?

Please contact us at hello@swiming.org right away and we will be able to assist you. 

What if my package is lost?

For all lost packages, please email hello@swiming.org with all order information. All lost packages are taken on a case by case basis. You will be notified once a trace has been started and updated every step of the way.

What shipping methods do you offer?

We use USPS for Domestic and International standard shipping. We use FedEx for any rush deliveries. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.

Are taxes and duties included in my international order total?

 This will vary by country but duties and taxes will be calculated upon checkout if applicable to the order.

When will my order ship?

DUE TO COVID-19 AND HIGH VOLUME, WE ARE EXPERIENCING SHIPPING DELAYS. WE EXPECT YOUR ORDER TO SHIP OUT 2-3 BUSINESS DAYS AFTER YOUR ORDER HAS BEEN PLACED. THE TIME IT TAKES FOR YOUR ORDER TO ARRIVE AT ITS DESTINATION WILL DEPEND ON THE SHIPPING SERVICE YOU SELECT AND THE SHIPPING ADDRESS PROVIDED. 

Once your order has processed you will be sent a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.

How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a link that will lead you directly to the package tracker. If you can’t find your shipping confirmation, please double check your spam and promotions folders.
